When computers were first introduced to the market, not every household could afford one, because of the price tag on them. Now, today, they have become an important part of our world, but since they still cost hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars, there are some families that are left behind. This is where Endless Mobile comes into play …
Endless Mobile is a company that was founded five years ago with the idea of making computing accessible to everyone. When the Endless Mission Mini and Mission One computers were announced at the CES in Las Vegas in 2017, we immediately knew where they were going with their ideas.
When the Mission Mini and Mission One become available, they will be priced at $129 and $249. At the same time, the company will be introducing a program that is capable of teaching people how to code. Endless Code will launch later this year and will provide opportunities to let the diver get into the heart of apps and games. The software was built with the idea that children learn best when they’re inspired into the immersive worlds they would like to play in. From what we have seen, this is not boring at all.
The Mission Mini
The Mission Mini is a baseline model that starts at $129. It features an ARM processor and comes pre-installed with a large array of apps and content. The apps and content will make users who are just starting to use a computer feel as if they’re using real computer.
The Mission Mini is joined by the Mission One, which retails at $249. The Mission One is powered by a 2.16 GHz Intel Celeron Processor and it has a 500 GB hard drive.
Both the Mission One and the Mission Mini will come in a beautiful unibody chassis with lovely finishes in harvested bamboo.
Endless OS will give individuals the opportunity to develop technical skills and learn new things, or simply kick back and enjoy some fun things. Users can also take part in social media and various other forms of entertainment using these computers.
These computers have been designed for both families and educators – the educational content that comes with Endless OS includes everything that is needed in order to capture curious minds.
There’s lectures on math, languages and science, a full encyclopedia, a lot of information on health, exciting educational game, information on parenting, recipes and much more.
If you or someone you are close to isn’t able to afford a computer, then the Mission One or the Mission Mini would be a great starter computer. They will let you do everything the basic computer lets you do – learn, use Facebook and other social media platforms, and so much more.
